The Extreme paddles have flow holes for increased sensitivity, allowing you to feel the water.

The swim paddles have adjustable silicone straps to ensure superb fit across a wide range of hand sizes.

The swim paddles should be approximately 10 percent bigger than your hand.

If you use a paddle that's too big, you can potentially cause injury.
